  • Reading emails
    • Click 'View'
    • Click 'Encoding'
    • Choose 'User Defined' {do not select 'Vietnamese (Windows)'}
  • Writing email
    • Click 'Format'
    • Click 'Rich Text(HTML)
    • Click 'Format'
    • Click 'Encoding'
    • Choose 'User Defined' {do not select 'Vietnamese (Windows)'}
  • Select VNI-Times font to type Vietnamese email with accents
