If you have problem download VNI WebEye
Try the following
1. Click on the link with your right-mouse button
In "Netscape Navigator" In "Internet Explorer"
2. Choose "Save Link As..."    Choose "SaveTarget As..."
3.  Choose "Desktop" directory and Click "Save"  
4. Check in once in a while, Netscape Navigator doesn't prompt you when it's done.  Internet Explorer will prompt you "Download Complete" when it's done.


How to Configure VNI Webeye

  1. Minimize all of your opening Window(s) or press Win+M.
  2. Double click the setupweb.exe icon on the Desktop.
  3. Click at the "Welcome!" Windows.
  4. Click at the "Select WebEye Directory," to install VNI WebEye
    (It's recommend to stay with the default directory).
  5. Click at the "Success!" Windows.
  6. You can now run VNI WebEye by
    double click on the VNI-WebEye icon on the Desktop.
  7. To read Vietnamese, click on the to open the .
  8. Not to read Vietnamese, click on the to close the .
