Can not read VNI Key disk

THE PROBLEM OF THE COMPUTER CAN NOT READ VNI KEY DISK

The problem is probably in one of these reasons:

1. Your floppy disk drive is 120 MB drive.

2. Your floppy drive is using USB connection.

3. Your computer system has a bad floppy drive.

4. The Key disk is bad.

To solve this problem:

1. You may call to VNI to get an authorization code by phone or

2. Send the Key disk back to VNI for replacement.

3. Make sure that your floppy drive is an good and it is 1.44 MB drive disk.
