Can not read VNI software CD

THE PROBLEM OF COMPUTER CAN NOT READ VNI SOFTWARE CD:

The problem is probably in one of these reasons:

1. Your CD-ROM drive can not read CD-R.

2. Your CD drive is misaligned and skipped CD tracks while it read.

3. The VNI Software CD is bad.

To solve this problem:

1. Please send the software CD-ROM to VNI for replacement.

2. If your CD drive is still unable to read the new software CD, please check your CD drive or update a new drive.
