When installing VNI softwares, the installer fail or hang.

Misconfigured Trend Micro firewall on your system.

• Right-click the Trend Micro icon, click 'Open Main Console'
  
   
• Click 'Personal Firewall'
  
   
• Click 'Edit'
  
   
• Click 'Exceptions' then click 'Add'
  
   
• Enter data as follow then click 'OK'
  
   
• Click click 'Add'
  
   
• Enter data as follow then click 'OK'
  
   
• Click click 'Add'
  
   
• Enter data as follow then click 'OK'
  
   
• Click click 'Add'
  
   
• Enter data as follow then click 'OK'
  
   
• Make sure you have the highlighted entries then click 'OK'
  
   
• Done.  

• Windows freeze after reboot.
