Can't run VNI softwares

When double-click or click from startmenu, VNI softwares appear then disappear immediately.

Incompatibility software settings.

• Right-click on the VNI software icons then click 'Properties'
  
  
• Click 'Compatibility' tab, then remove all checkmarks from the tab
  
  
• Click 'OK'
