Running VNI Softwares with Sygate firewall

When installing VNI softwares, the installer fail or hang.

Misconfigured Sygate firewall on your system.

• Right-click the Sygate icon, click 'Applications...'
  
   
• Right-click on VNI Tan Viet icon with the path 'C:\VNI\VNIKB32.EXE' then click on 'Allow'
  
   
• Repeat the above step for VNI XP with path 'C:\VNI\VNIDC.EXE'
• Now you should see both entries allow full access
  
   
• Done.  

Noted:

• During normal use, if you see this message.
  
  
  Place a checkmark for 'Remember my Answer,...', then click 'Yes'
