Technical problems during installing/running VNI Softwares

• When installing VNI softwares, the installer hang when the installing process almost done. Usually hang at vuniver.ttf
• During the installation process, you get the message "Technical problem with keydisk"
• During the installation process, you get the message "The disk is not the keydisk"

Misbehave active program(s) on your system.

• Click 'Start'
  
• Choose 'Run...'
  
• Enter msconfig and click 'OK'
  
• Click 'Diagnostic Startup' then Click
  
• Click 'Restart'
  
• Windows restart momentarily
• Check 'Don't show this message...' Click 'OK'
  
• Put your VNI installation CD in your CD/DVD drive to begin install.
• Switch back to normal startup before restart you computer.  

• Windows freeze after reboot.
