Technical problems during installing/running VNI Softwares

• When installing VNI softwares, the installer hang when the installing process almost done. Usually hang at vuniver.ttf
• During the installation process, you get the message "Technical problem with keydisk"
• During the installation process, you get the message "The disk is not the keydisk"

One of the running programs on your system conflicts with the installation.

• Step 1: Click 'Start'
  
• Step 2: Choose 'Run...'
  
• Step 3: Enter msconfig and click 'OK'
  
• Step 4a: If your computer has an internal floppy drive Click 'Diagnostic Startup'
  
  
• Click , Continue Step 5.
• Step 4b: If your computer uses an external USB floppy drive
• Click 'Startup' tab
• 
• Click 'Disable all' button,
• 
• Click button then continue Step 5
• Step 5: Click 'Restart'
  
• Windows restart momentarily
• Check 'Don't show this message...' Click 'OK'
  
• Put your VNI installation CD in your CD/DVD drive to begin install.
• If the installation is still failed, re-install one more time.
• After the successful installation, run msconfig again and choose 'Normal startup' and restart your computer.  

• Windows freeze after reboot.
