When you double click on the VNIXP, VNI Tan Viet icons, the program appears then disappear.

Some of the new machines, they have Performance Hyper Threading to stimulate multiple virtual CPU, this creates conflict with VNI installation program and ALSO the un-installation program.) Please disable this feature while INSTALLING or UNINSTALLING by following these steps:

1. this document.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Push the Delete button a few times to enter the Setting (of the Bios). (Some machine requires push F1 or F2 button. Please do so if it indicate to use those keys)
4. Enter the Advanced Settings.
5. Look for the Performance Hyper threading. Choose DISABLED.
6. Save the changes.
7. Restart the computer.
