The problem is caused by VNI applications is still running before you start the installation process. To solve this problem, you need to:

1. Restart your computer system.

2. Close all current running VNI applications on desktop.

3. Put VNI CD-ROM into the CD drive and start the installation process.

4. Follow the instruction of the Installation Wizard.

5. The installation will be successful.
