In the Address-Book view, you can enter new addresses,
edit existing addresses, go through each address to view the details,
and print out addresses easily and quickly.
In the List view, you can browse the list of all
addresses in a convenient and easy-to-read table format, update data
right in the list, arrange the appearance of the data in the table,
and sort the list according to any field of the record.
The Search screen helps you to search for one or
a number of customers according to specific information such as name,
email address, phone number, zip code, etc. or duplicate addresses.
Moreover, in an advanced search, you can specify a range of data; for
examples, zip code from 92000 to 93000 or state from AZ to CA. |
