If Webeye does not work properly after you update new Webeye program into your computer. Follow these steps to reinstall Webeye:
1 - Run Windows Explorer from Windows menu.

2 - Search for Webtools folder in your hard disk. (default location is C:\VNI)

3 - Delete Webtools folder.

4 - Restart your computer.
5 - Insert VNI CD-Rom to reinstall Webeye into your computer.

6 - Test web page as instructed in previous section
7 - If Webeye does not work properly until this step, contact VNI technical support at (714) 537-8088 for trouble-shooting.
