HOW TO SELECT CHARACTER SET FOR WEB EYE PROGRAM:

1 - Right click mouse's cursor on Web Eye button to open option menu:

2 - Click on "Options..." to open Option dialog:

3 - Select "Character Sets to guess" by putting a check mark in front of the your desired character sets, select VNI font in the "Proportional" option, 100 percent in "Scaling percent" option and 0 in the "Display Y offset":

4 - Click on OK button when you are finished.
