ERROR MESSAGE "Error loading BCHPlus32.dll" after the first times restarting your computer

This problem is the reason of your operating system Windows can not read long file name. To solve this problem:

1. Close all running VNI applications on your desktop.

2. Run Windows Explorer program.

3. Click on VNI folder in C drive or type "C:\VNI" to open it as following:

4. In VNI folder, if you can not find the BCHplus~1.dll file, select "Tools" --> "Folder Options..."

5. Select "Show all Files" option in the "View" tab as following:

6. Rename file: BCHplus~1.dll to BCHPlus32.dll

7. Restart your computer system to activate the renamed file.

8. The problem will be fixed.
